 Korean Philippine Culinary Academy (KPHCA) was established as the embodiment of the aspirations of its founders, Gyeong Hun Seo, a seasoned practitioner in the hospitality industry, particularly renowned for his role as an Executive Chef in various hotels. Mr. Seo, who hails from Korea, pursued his culinary education at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Australia, adding depth to his expertise.  Following a successful career in the hotel sector, Mr. Seo and his team felt a profound desire to impart their knowledge, skills, and experiences to aspiring home cooks and future chefs. This aspiration led to the inception of KPHCA, a venture marked by meticulous planning and preparation.  Establishing a culinary school involved thorough assessments of industry needs, the development of a robust curriculum, the assembly of a talented team of chef instructors, and the identification of an optimal location. KPHCA found its home in Baguio City, strategically serving students from surrounding cities and provinces north of Manila.  At KPHCA, students benefit from a comprehensive range of culinary subjects taught by seasoned chef instructors. The school boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including spacious demo kitchens, newly constructed culinary labs, and dedicated baking and pastry kitchens. These facilities are designed to foster a hands-on approach to culinary education, enabling students to hone their craft effectively.  With a deliberate emphasis on small class sizes, KPHCA ensures that students receive personalized attention from instructors and master chefs.
