KPH Culinary Inc., also known as the Korean Philippine Culinary Academy (KPHCA), is a leading culinary training institute located in Baguio City, Philippines. This culinary school specializes in providing hands-on training in cooking, baking, and professional culinary arts. Established in 2016, KPH Culinary has consistently operated, producing nearly 300 successful graduates skilled in professional culinary arts and hospitality education.

Ms. Dulnuan is part of the professional network in Baguio that focuses on raising the standards of vocational education. Melanie B. Kimbungan is a professional chef and specialized instructor at KPH Culinary Inc. in Baguio City.
Lead Trainer for Bread and Pastry Production: She is the officially registered TESDA trainer for the Bread and Pastry Production NC II program at KPH Culinary.
Curriculum Focus: Her training modules cover essential professional baking skills, including:
Preparation and production of pastry products, cakes, and breads.
Decorating and presenting bakery products to commercial standards.
Food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management specific to a bakery setting.
